Find a chlamydia test

The only way to know if you have chlamydia is to get tested.

This service can help you:

  • find places near you to get tested by a sexual health professional
  • get a chlamydia home test kit (you may have to pay for this)

You may also be able to get a test from your GP.

England

If you're in England, we can help you find a chlamydia test. We'll ask you a few questions, and use your answers to show you where to get a test. It will take about 5 minutes.
